On August 3, 2013, the Hilltop Arts Society will be proud to throw the greatest festival for music and the arts Elkmont has ever seen. It will be a family friendly music festival, full of some of the best and growing bands and musicians from Missouri to Georgia.

And children of the ages 10 and under are free!
